We offer low-voltage backlit numbers 0-9 in economical ABS Polymer and Stainless Steel material. We offer 4 color choices. ABS Polymer:

Very white light
Takes a little planning to install to make sure spacing is correct but works well. Easily visible. The light is very white just fyi

Works perfectly for high visibility day and night
I used the silver on dark bronze background and they work perfectly. During the day, the contrast is good and you can easily see the numbers stand out.

EXCELLENT HIGH VISIBILITY But Losing LEDs At-Bottom of 7 Digit
I purchased five of these: two 2s, one 3, one 5, and one 7. Custom mounting plate, and used 30 watt supply 110AC-to-12DC transformer (more than enough for these five digits).
